1. Bare Die Supply for Engineering Evaluation
This 660nm 2mW VCSEL bare die is designed for low-power red-light optical system development, especially for engineering teams working on bare-die integration, package validation, and early-stage product evaluation.
We support development-stage bare die supply, helping customers evaluate wire bonding, ceramic submount assembly, PCB-level optical integration, and custom laser packaging feasibility before larger-volume planning.
2. Application Development Direction
With a 2mW-class red VCSEL output and single-emitter design, this product is better suited for low-power optical validation, compact prototype testing, and early-stage bare-die assembly evaluation rather than higher-output red-light module development.
It can be used for red-light beauty device evaluation, face mask prototype development, hair-growth device optical validation, photobiomodulation-related product testing, sensor light sources, machine vision support, compact optical modules, and experimental AR/VR/XR eye-tracking array concept validation.
If the standard configuration does not fully match the project requirement, custom wavelength, output power, emitter configuration, chip layout, and package-level solutions can also be discussed based on the specific application.
